Parkour is an obsession to move using the system of jump-hop-somersault within each meter and run like mad at the same time. This idea occurs while watching videos when people try to kill themselves jumping against a wall, a fence, a bench, a brick or a bomb. There is an opinion that parkour is a secret special forces training system, though the forces themselves know nothing about it.
This syndrome is easily treated by removing the limbs or with the help of a strait jacket. You should use your head while it’s still on your shoulders and do this either in a space suit or with a group of doctors around.

How to draw parkour step by step
Step 1. First we do a sketch. We draw 4 shapes in different positions.
Step 2. Inside of them we draw the body of the guy. As you see, he is on the move.
Step 3. Erase unnecessary lines and show the details.
